Delegate & Accompanying Package

This package option is suitable for two persons of which one participates in the Delegates' Assembly and one in the programme for accompanying persons and who want to stay in a double room for the duration of the event. 

Delegate & Accompanying Package includes:

• Accommodation in a double room for two (two nights; Wednesday 7th to Friday 9th)
• All meals from Wednesday evening's get-together to Friday afternoon coffee 
• All programme items mentioned in the programme (from registration to the end of symposium) for the Delegate
• Organized programme for the accompanying person (see programme) as well as evening programme
• Free Wifi

Price of the package: 800 €

You also have the option of booking an extra night if you want to stay in Helsinki until Saturday.

Additional night in the hotel (Friday-Saturday): 119 €
