Participation Package

This package option is suitable for a person who only participates in the programme but wants to book his/her accommodation his/herself from another location for the duration of the event. 

PLEASE NOTE

By choosing this option you acknowledge that you will be in charge of your own accommodation. You will be transported from/to the airport/station/harbour to/from your hotel. However, you will need to arrange all other transportation by yourself.

Participation Package includes:

  • All meals from Wednesday evening's get-together to Friday afternoon coffee
  • All programme items mentioned in the programme (from registration to the end of symposium)
  • Free Wifi
